If you place your order for in-store pickup, you will be called once everything is complete and ready to go. Usually, this process takes 10-14 days. If there are any significant delays, you will be notified.

If you're unsure of your student's size, we recommend that you come into our store at 14119 Q Street to find the perfect fit; we're generally unable to determine sizing over phone or email. We also recommend trying on your uniforms after picking them up to make sure that everything fits before you take it home.

Lastly, returns must be made in-person, within 60 days of original purchase. We cannot accept returns that have been laundered or are missing their original tags. Completed orders that aren't picked up within 60 days of notification will be returned to our inventory, and the items may no longer be available.
